1. Program Description

Our SMS messaging is used solely for direct communication between Price Family Homes staff and individual clients or vendors. Typical uses include: Sharing updates about a project or service, sending and receiving photos or files, coordinating with vendors during the homebuilding process, providing clients an additional contact option.

We do not use SMS for mass marketing, automated campaigns, or bulk promotional messages. All messages are sent by a staff member in response to an active relationship.

2. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier. Price Family Homes is not responsible for charges incurred by receiving or sending text messages.

3. Opt-In Consent

By providing your mobile number to a Price Family Homes staff member and communicating with us via SMS, you consent to receive direct text messages related to your business relationship with us.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You may stop SMS communication at any time by replying STOP to any message. Once processed, you will no longer receive text messages from Price Family Homes staff.
