Price Family Homes is what happens when hard work meets the right opportunity at the right time. Richard Price didn't set out to build a company — he set out to build a home. But once he started, he couldn't stop. One project led to another, then another, until what began as a personal pursuit became something much bigger. He brought his son Bill in, they built a foundation together — not just in concrete and wood, but in trust, reputation, and a standard of work that neither of them has ever been willing to lower. Ten years later, that's still what this company runs on.

We're a family-owned home builder rooted in Brevard and Indian River County. Richard Price founded this company in 2015 with the kind of work ethic that doesn't clock out — the type learned from years in the field, not behind a desk. His son Bill joined to help turn a growing operation into a real business. Together, they've spent the last decade doing things the right way: on time, on budget, and without cutting corners.

We've grown from a single spec home — The Batavia, which we still build today — to planned communities, townhomes, and waterfront developments. But the way we work hasn't changed. Every home we build gets the same attention it would if we were building it for ourselves. Because honestly, that's how this whole thing started.

Palm Bay was about to boom. Richard saw it. He bought the land, learned the process, and got to work. That instinct — to see something before others do and put in the effort to make it real — is still how we operate. We don't build homes because it's easy. We build them because we're good at it, and because the families who trust us with one of the biggest decisions of their lives deserve someone who takes that seriously.

We carry a 97% on-time, on-budget record. We offer a post-build warranty. We record client meetings so nothing gets lost. These aren't sales points — they're just how we run things.

Richard Price — Founder & CEO. Richard came from Illinois with a strong back, a Cubs hat, and a sharper eye for opportunity than most. Everything he knows, he learned by doing — in the field, on the job, and through years of figuring things out the hard way. Family and business aren't separate things to him. They never have been. That's what Price Family Homes is.

Bill Price — Co-Founder & CFO. Bill came to this business with more than just family loyalty. He holds a B.S. in Physics from Florida Institute of Technology (2009) and an MSIT in Cybersecurity (2015) — and spent years as a professional at Harris Corporation before walking away to build something of his own alongside his father. He learned the trades from the ground up, earned his General Contractor's license, and now runs the financial and operational side of Price Family Homes with the same precision his background demands.
